The full name of ASCEJ is the Association of Chinese Scientists and Engineers in Japan. ACSEJ is a non-political, non-profit, independent organization which was found by some chinese scientists and engineers in Japan on May 15th, 1993.

ACSEJ owns over 1300 members and 10 branches now, that are ACSEJ IT Engineering Branch, ACSEJ Mechanical Engineering Branch, ACSEJ IT Entrepreneur Union in Japan, ACSEJ Lawer Branch, ACSEJ Biology Branch, ACSEJ Medicine Branch, ACSEJ Chinese Materials Research Society in Japan.

ACSEJ makes great effort to the social works such as the cultural or technical exchanges between the scientists and engineers from China and Japan or other countries.
